I work with women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves to gently understand what’s been shaping their reactions, restore a sense of safety in their body, and build the self-trust needed to move toward the life they want.

My Approach

Some of the stories you’ve told yourself about who you have to be were created in moments when you were just trying to survive. They made sense then — they protected you. But as you grow, those old beliefs don’t always fit anymore.

In our work, we gently explore the narratives that have shaped you and how they show up today — in your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and body. We pay attention to patterns without rushing to change them, creating space for curiosity instead of self-criticism.

Sometimes new understanding emerges through structured approaches like CBT or DBT. Sometimes it comes through experiential work such as EFT (tapping) or hypnotherapy. And often, it happens in small moments — when you say something in session that reveals a brand-new truth about yourself.

My role is to help you pause, notice those moments, and anchor them into your body so they’re not just insights, but experiences you can practice living into. Over time, this builds self-trust, emotional flexibility, and a greater sense of safety within yourself.

You don’t have to stay inside an old story that no longer feels true. Together, we work toward creating one that actually feels like yours.
