Get to know me

Hello!

Hi, I’m Jessica.

I’m a licensed Mental Health Clinician in the state of New York & New Jersey, and I offer therapy that is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine care. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to slow down, honest enough to explore what’s really going on, and supported as you begin to trust yourself more fully.

I work primarily with women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from who they truly are. Many of my clients are insightful and capable, yet find themselves struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or patterns that no longer fit. Together, we gently explore what’s been shaping your reactions, restore a sense of safety in your body, and build the self-trust needed to take up space and move toward the life you want — without judgment or pressure to be “fixed.”

I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2015. I began my career in a nonprofit setting, supporting individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness as they transitioned from psychiatric hospitalization back into their homes and communities. This work involved providing therapy, psychoeducation, and ongoing support to help clients manage symptoms, establish stability, and rebuild their lives. That experience deeply shaped how I practice today — it taught me the importance of meeting people where they are, moving at a sustainable pace, and seeing the whole person beyond a diagnosis.

In 2021, I decided to open my private practice to support others in my community who were struggling during a time of collective uncertainty. Since then, my work has continued to evolve into a more integrative and personalized approach. Adapting modalities into my practice that have also really benefited my own personal growth.

I draw from modalities such as CBT, DBT, EFT, hypnotherapy, and intuitive tools like Tarot. Therapy with me is both compassionate and practical — we focus on insight and understanding while also building tools you can use in your daily life, at your pace.

Mental health work is deeply personal to me. I know firsthand what it’s like to live with anxiety and depression, and I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for support. I know how life-changing it can be to feel understood and supported & therapy has played a really big part in my own personal journey.

What often sets my work apart is the way I show up in the room. My care is genuine. I’m direct when it’s helpful, gentle when it’s needed, and always collaborative. I don’t just focus on symptoms — I want to know you as a whole person. Therapy doesn’t have to feel rigid or intimidating; with me, it’s okay to laugh, cry, reflect, and be human, all without fear of judgment.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is grounded, thoughtful, and truly invested in your growth, I’d be honored to connect and see if we’re the right fit.
